Cross-country is one of the most enjoyable sports in which to participate. You don’t need any fancy equipment – just an old comfortable pair of takkies will suffice. It doesn’t matter what age or size you are, how fast or slow, you get to be in the Kenridge A cross-country team!

Practices take place every day from Monday to Thursday from 14:45 to 15:30 and runners are expected to attend at least one, or preferably two, of these practices. League races take place every Friday.
